Provide executive administrative support for Go-To-Market and People leaders: manage calendars, travel, expenses, files, and meetings; coordinate events and partner with the admin team. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, validate AI outputs, and improve scheduling and communications. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and support ad hoc projects across the executive leadership team.

Provide first-line support for Caseware accounting software via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues, manage high-volume inbound calls and tickets, analyze client workflows, perform minor software testing, document procedures, maintain confidentiality, and explore AI tools to improve support processes.

Lead architecture and delivery of an AI-ready data platform: define enterprise data models, medallion/lakehouse patterns, data governance, observability, secure interoperability, and mentor teams to build production-ready AI data products.
