Teams at Caseware

Develop new features and fix bugs using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS. Own features from design through deployment, participate in code reviews, maintain build and CI/CD systems, support on-call operations, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with Agile teams across CloudOps, DevOps, Product, and Design.

Lead prospective and existing customers through Caseware software evaluations, demonstrations, trials, pilots, migrations, and implementations. Partner with Account Management, Professional Services, Product, and technical teams to understand customer needs, translate feedback into product insights, and support adoption. Develop value-based demonstration assets, guide accounting technology modernization, maintain customer relationships, participate in events and thought leadership, and help create scalable internal processes.

Build and own AI solutions for live audit workflows by identifying practitioner pain points, defining quality standards, and collaborating with engineering and applied science teams. The role requires hands-on development using AI or software, strong audit judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to assess whether outputs are suitable for professional sign-off. The position is hybrid in Toronto and includes travel to client or partner firms as needed.
