Teams at Caseware

Manage global marketing automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud workflows, database health, lead processing, email nurture programs, campaign calendars, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, optimize campaign processes, document best practices, and use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and performance. The role requires managing integrated campaigns, workflows, dependencies, and marketing technology adoption across global teams.

Owns assurance and financial reporting methodology and content for North American solutions. The role develops or sources methodology, maintains regulatory alignment, oversees software implementation, manages content licensing and intellectual property, advises product and engineering teams, supports customers, applies AI-assisted workflows, and represents the company with professional and standard-setting bodies.

Supports the Chief of Staff and executive team on enterprise strategy, AI transformation, investment decisions, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads analytical modeling, market and competitive research, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and business cases. Establishes governance, milestones, metrics, and accountability while monitoring risks and execution. Partners with leaders across finance, product, R&D, sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and people teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
