Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded firmware for lighting and building control products. Contribute to firmware architecture, debug hardware/firmware integration, create automated regression tests, review partner modules, mentor team members, assign and direct tasks, and support product specification and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain cross-section libraries and reusable CAD components, create/manage templates and standardized model structures, support automation including CPQ integration, set up baseline models per released standards, ensure CAD data is structured and controlled, and collaborate with engineering teams on evolving design standards.

Support the H&S team in a manufacturing environment by assisting with safety training, PPE programs, eLearning conversion, inspections, incident investigations, safety communications, and digital tracking using QR codes, OnTRAK, SharePoint, and Learning Center platforms.
