Own Brim’s rewards ecosystem and marketplace, sourcing and closing strategic merchant, brand, and affiliate partnerships. Develop commercial models, negotiate contracts, manage partner onboarding and launches, and optimize performance, revenue, engagement, and economics. Build senior-level ecosystem relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive partnership renewals or exits. The role requires strong rewards, loyalty, affiliate, marketplace, payments, and commercial negotiation expertise, with high autonomy and cross-functional leadership.

Own complex digital banking, card, and payments implementations from scope through delivery, managing timelines, risks, communication, and cross-functional coordination. Lead ongoing relationships with banking and fintech clients through QBRs, roadmap reviews, portfolio health tracking, incident reviews, and structured product feedback. Build pragmatic operating processes, maintain account documentation, communicate with executive stakeholders, and drive client outcomes and portfolio growth.

Leads product vision, strategy, and execution for payments and card platforms, including credit, prepaid, cross-border, ACH, RTP, FedNow, wire, and stablecoin settlement products. Owns delivery, product performance, architecture evolution, partner implementations, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Aligns Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Commercial teams while building and mentoring a high-performing product organization.
