Build Brim Financial’s cross-platform iOS and Android app from the ground up. Own architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, app store releases, API integrations, security, performance, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Partner with Product, Design, and platform engineering to deliver a polished financial services experience, while establishing coding standards and documentation for future team growth.

Build and improve Brim’s payments compliance and regulatory affairs program across Canadian and U.S. activities. Responsibilities include interpreting regulations, maintaining policies, supporting Bank of Canada filings, managing AML/CTF monitoring, overseeing Visa and Mastercard compliance, advising on products and disclosures, coordinating regulatory relationships, conducting compliance testing, and reporting risks to committees and the Board. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Own Brim’s rewards ecosystem and marketplace, sourcing and closing strategic merchant, brand, and affiliate partnerships. Develop commercial models, negotiate contracts, manage partner onboarding and launches, and optimize performance, revenue, engagement, and economics. Build senior-level ecosystem relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive partnership renewals or exits. The role requires strong rewards, loyalty, affiliate, marketplace, payments, and commercial negotiation expertise, with high autonomy and cross-functional leadership.
