Lead and build a global creator organization that expands and nurtures a high-quality creator network. Design systems, technology, and operations to scale sourcing, whitelisting, creator success, and long-term partnerships. Partner with Growth, Creative, Client Services, and Ops to drive measurable performance and profitable growth, leverage AI and automation, establish KPIs, and develop leadership across the influencer marketing function.

Lead growth strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands across paid media, creative, influencer marketing, offers, funnels, and CRO. Own performance, scaling, testing, and client relationships while leading cross-functional pods, making commercial decisions, diagnosing performance issues, and driving recovery and scale initiatives. Communicate strategy and outcomes to founders and senior stakeholders.

Lead and enhance the Client Success function by overseeing account management, mentoring teams, driving client retention, and implementing operational improvements.
