Manages Blue J’s Toronto office operations, facilities, supplies, security, vendors, health and safety compliance, and workplace communications. Organizes quarterly off-site all-hands events and in-office celebrations, coordinating venues, catering, logistics, and budgets. Oversees shipping, receiving, office access systems, maintenance requests, landlord relationships, office utilization reporting, handbook updates, and expense reconciliation. This fully in-office role serves as the primary operational resource for employees, guests, and vendors.

Own Blue J’s demand-generation website, including architecture, navigation, money pages, Webflow page creation, CMS management, performance, and accessibility. Lead the CRO and A/B testing roadmap, analyze user behavior, manage GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards, and translate data into conversion improvements. Manage agencies and vendors, collaborate with Brand and Product, support potential CMS migration, and contribute to SEO, AEO, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Lead product strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS generative AI tax product. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define roadmap, research users, write specs and user stories, launch features, measure success metrics, and iterate using quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Lead product design efforts: research, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, usability testing, and developer handoff. Build and maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product and engineering, contribute front-end code (HTML/CSS/React), improve Figma workflows, and advocate for usability and accessibility across the organization.

As a Software Developer II, you will design and implement software systems, collaborate with peers, and improve product capabilities using various technologies, particularly TypeScript and Python.
