Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB SaaS accounts, building customer relationships, driving retention and expansion, and achieving revenue targets. Establish customer goals, provide product training and support, identify churn risks, and execute scalable customer success programs such as email campaigns and usage nudges. Partner with expansion teams to identify qualified opportunities while maintaining strong customer outcomes.

Designs, maintains, and automates resilient cloud infrastructure supporting Blue J’s generative AI platform. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and CI/CD management, monitoring, alerting, logging, data pipeline support, security and reliability improvements, incident prevention, cross-functional collaboration, and on-call participation.

Drive new business and expansion across approximately 20 enterprise accounts in the accounting sector. Own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and signature, closing six-figure SaaS agreements. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data, develop account strategies, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success. Success is measured by quota attainment, expansion ARR, contract value growth, and pipeline quality.

Own Blue J’s demand-generation website, including architecture, navigation, money pages, Webflow page creation, CMS management, performance, and accessibility. Lead the CRO and A/B testing roadmap, analyze user behavior, manage GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards, and translate data into conversion improvements. Manage agencies and vendors, collaborate with Brand and Product, support potential CMS migration, and contribute to SEO, AEO, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Lead product strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS generative AI tax product. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define roadmap, research users, write specs and user stories, launch features, measure success metrics, and iterate using quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Design and build agentic and retrieval-augmented generation systems, platform foundations, distributed services, evaluation tooling, and React product features. Develop primarily in TypeScript, use data-driven experimentation to improve releases, lead mission-critical initiatives, mentor developers, write automated tests, and improve engineering standards and system reliability.

Leads Blue J’s pricing and monetization strategy for its B2B SaaS and AI products. Responsibilities include pricing and packaging analysis, financial modeling, customer segmentation, competitive research, experimentation, revenue forecasting, and implementation across CPQ, billing, and reporting systems. The role partners with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, presenting recommendations to executive leadership and advising on deal structures, discounting, renewals, and price changes.

The Senior Software Developer will lead design and implementation of backend systems, mentor peers, and enhance AI capabilities in tax research software, focusing on high-quality standards and rapid delivery.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy ML systems, mentor team members, and collaborate on advanced AI applications in tax research.
