Teams at Blue J

Serve as the first point of contact for Blue J prospects by responding to inbound leads, conducting discovery, qualifying opportunities, booking meetings for Account Executives, nurturing prospects, and supporting outbound prospecting. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, share lead insights with Marketing, represent the company at events, build professional relationships, and meet targets for speed-to-lead, conversion, pipeline, meetings, and customer experience.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB SaaS accounts, building customer relationships, driving retention and expansion, and achieving revenue targets. Establish customer goals, provide product training and support, identify churn risks, and execute scalable customer success programs such as email campaigns and usage nudges. Partner with expansion teams to identify qualified opportunities while maintaining strong customer outcomes.

Designs, maintains, and automates resilient cloud infrastructure supporting Blue J’s generative AI platform. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and CI/CD management, monitoring, alerting, logging, data pipeline support, security and reliability improvements, incident prevention, cross-functional collaboration, and on-call participation.
