Lead the CRO and A/B testing roadmap, analyze user behavior, manage GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards, and translate data into conversion improvements. Manage agencies and vendors, collaborate with Brand and Product, support potential CMS migration, and contribute to SEO, AEO, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Lead design and evolution of Blue J's operating system, drive AI-powered internal transformation, own business systems and knowledge management, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to scale processes, governance, and decision-making across the company.

Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and events; qualify leads, book meetings, manage pipeline in Salesforce, meet KPI goals, attend trade shows, and leverage AI tools to improve outreach.
