Manage daily Toronto office operations, including reception, administrative support, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, invoice posting, facility presentation, supplies, and ad-hoc operational assistance. The role requires a proactive, organized, service-minded professional who can manage shifting priorities, communicate effectively, maintain discretion, and work part-time onsite.
