We're looking for an organized, proactive, and service-minded Office Manager to ensure our Toronto office operates smoothly and efficiently every single day. How You’ll Make an Impact

Here's how you'll contribute to our mission and day-to-day office operations:

  • Reception & First Impressions: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, warmly greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and inquiries.

  • Administrative Support & Coordination: Assist with daily administrative tasks, document management, and scheduling/organizing meetings ranging from small team sessions to larger meetings.

  • Travel & Group Support: Coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues and partners, while providing administrative support to the Group Office Team.

  • Invoice Posting: Accurately process and post invoices in close collaboration with Office Administrators and our finance team in Niš.

  • Facility & Office Presentation: Ensure the office space, facility, and outside areas remain clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks & Operational Support: Carry out various ad-hoc assignments throughout the day and provide hands-on assistance to the Office Supporter during busy periods.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You?

You'll likely succeed in this role if you bring:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in office administration, office support, or a similar role (preferably within an international environment).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Professional, service-minded approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Working Schedule & Onsite Requirements
  • Schedule: Part-time role with up to 30 hours per week.

  • Working Hours: Main working hours fall between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on an established duty roster.

  • Presence: Requires part-time onsite presence at our Toronto office.

  • Events: Occasional evening work a few times a year in connection with events.
