The Business Analytics Specialist maintains and distributes business reporting, performs ad-hoc data mining, and analyzes financial performance metrics. The role develops and enhances reporting solutions using SQL, Excel Services, and Power BI; prepares monthly reports for senior management; interprets financial data; and supports decision-makers. It also involves light project management, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting within business and regulatory requirements.

Manage discretionary managed-account portfolios, model portfolios, investment mandates, trading oversight, performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and client reporting. Reviews CRA, MRQ, IRS, FATCA, CRS, and CIRO requirements, resolves discrepancies, supports audits, maintains procedures, and implements workflow improvements. Lead sales enablement and effectiveness by owning target setting, pipeline health and velocity, performance dashboards, onboarding, training, coaching, and the sales technology roadmap. Processes incoming, outgoing, manual, ATON, and internal transfers within service-level agreements. Monitors transfer inquiries and mail, tracks transfer status, follows up with external institutions, reviews and approves transactions, resolves escalated items, maintains records, shreds documents, and supports departmental projects and coverage needs.

Partner with business and delivery teams to design secure authentication/authorization, create architecture roadmaps, and implement DevSecOps and agile practices.

Administer and support user access across enterprise systems, including provisioning, modification, revocation, RBAC, access reviews, auditing, and compliance documentation. Troubleshoot access issues, meet service-level targets, manage escalations, collaborate with IT, HR, and business teams, and support IAM process improvements, automation, and self-service capabilities. The role specifically supports Broadridge/Dataphile and business-critical applications in a regulated environment.

Processes new and fee-based investment accounts accurately and within service-level agreements. Reviews documentation, updates client data, codes transactions for tax reporting, maintains compliance notes and manuals, and provides ongoing administrative support for fee-based programs. Uses Laserfiche, OSM, Dataphile, and Microsoft Office while collaborating with operations teams and advisors. Supports cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires fluent written and spoken English and French and availability during EST hours.

Lead translation of NEI's responsible investing and stewardship activities into compelling sales narratives and materials. Act as subject matter expert, build advisor and institutional relationships, support sales and marketing with presentations, webinars, and content, and identify growth opportunities to integrate RI into client strategies across channels.
