Monitor, investigate, triage, and contain data loss prevention alerts across endpoints, email, cloud applications, collaboration platforms, and repositories. Manage and optimize DLP policies, detection rules, data classification, sensitive information types, and exceptions. Collaborate with SOC, incident response, legal, privacy, and business teams to assess incidents, reduce false positives, document findings, and align controls with security and compliance requirements.

Coordinate IAM and PAM account governance initiatives across Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, and Oracle environments. Review account scans, determine ownership and usage, coordinate inactive-account cleanup, assess human and non-human accounts, and define mitigating controls. Analyze CMDB and IAM inventory gaps, review SSO, MFA, RBAC, and ServiceNow controls, coordinate remediation with application owners, track progress, and support risk exception processes across cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute technology sales strategies for the Canadian federal government. Build relationships with departments, agencies, procurement teams, partners, and executives; identify and close complex IT opportunities; manage pipelines and forecasts; navigate RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, standing offers, and supply arrangements; coordinate proposals and solutions with technical teams; expand existing accounts; and achieve revenue, gross profit, and quota targets.
