  • Lead and support the development of proposals, quotes, Statements of Work, and responses to government solicitations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key technology partners and understand their Canadian public-sector programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through contract award and ensure strong internal coordination throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing federal accounts through cross-selling, Professional Services, Managed Services, and additional technology solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, gross profit, and sales quota objectives.
  • Stay current on Government of Canada IT priorities, procurement initiatives, cybersecurity requirements, cloud adoption, digital modernization, and competitive activity.
  • Represent Arctiq at federal industry events, partner meetings, customer briefings, and government technology forums.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful technology sales experience, with demonstrated experience selling into the Canadian Federal Government.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the federal public sector.
