Leads IPEX’s North American codes, standards, and regulatory affairs strategy across Canada and the United States. Represents the company before regulators, standards organizations, testing agencies, and industry associations; influences code and standards changes; protects market access; supports product innovation and commercialization; monitors competitive and regulatory developments; and advises executives on commercial impacts. Manages the Canadian and U.S. codes and standards teams while developing organizational capability and external relationships.

Leads IPEX’s North American data center strategy and multi-year growth roadmap. Identifies priority applications, customers, technologies, geographies, and routes to market across infrastructure, cooling, and water management. Builds relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineers, developers, contractors, and technology partners; influences specifications and design decisions; identifies portfolio gaps; and aligns Sales, Product Management, Innovation, Technical, Marketing, and Operations around execution, KPIs, pipeline, and investment priorities.

Leads North American talent acquisition strategy and daily recruitment operations while managing a team of recruiting professionals. Partners with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to improve sourcing, candidate experience, recruitment metrics, processes, technology, employer branding, and compliance. Supports senior-level full-cycle recruitment, vendor relationships, continuous improvement initiatives, hiring manager training, and data-driven workforce acquisition decisions.

Analyzes, optimizes, and standardizes end-to-end business processes across Planning, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations. Supports ERP and integrated business planning initiatives, process design, data governance, master data quality, functional requirements, UAT, training, change management, and continuous improvement. The role also monitors process performance, maintains documentation, coaches end users, and drives process adoption and compliance.

Leads industrial market growth across Canada for water and wastewater thermoplastic solutions. Responsibilities include developing market strategy, managing key accounts, supporting sales opportunities, assessing applications and pricing, securing specifications and approvals, delivering technical training, advising industry stakeholders, and representing the company at events and customer meetings. The role is remote from Mississauga with frequent automobile and air travel, including approximately 80 overnight travel days annually.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment across Canada and the U.S., including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and talent pipeline development. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams, maintain ATS accuracy and compliance, support employer branding, represent the company at career events, and contribute to recruitment process improvements. The role also provides broader HR support and requires occasional on-site attendance near Oakville, Ontario.

Leads replenishment planning across multiple locations to optimize inventory levels, improve fill rates and on-time in-full performance, and reduce stockouts. Develops replenishment strategies using inventory, forecast, sales, and historical data; manages stock movements and corrective actions; leads replenishment planners; and collaborates with sales, demand and supply planning, and logistics teams to improve product availability and operational efficiency.

Leads IPEX’s integrated management system across North American manufacturing plants, covering quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. Responsibilities include training teams, conducting internal and supplier audits, analyzing root causes, managing corrective actions, supporting PPAP and SCAR processes, improving plant performance, and driving ISO certification integration and continuous improvement. The role requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and plant managers.

Manage key customer accounts across Ontario, build strategic partnerships, develop new business, and drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth. Responsibilities include account planning, customer visits, solution selling, negotiations, sales analysis, forecasting, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is fully remote but field-based, requiring frequent travel throughout Ontario and occasional interprovincial air travel.

Manages and improves IPEX websites across multiple brands, leading web marketing projects, CMS administration, SEO, accessibility and quality assurance. Monitors website performance, analyzes analytics and CRM data, designs dashboards and conversion-focused page layouts, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, manages hosting and security protocols, and supports digital campaigns, content publishing and social media initiatives. Also trains a digital marketing coordinator and ensures brand consistency across websites.

Analyzes and improves end-to-end business and finance processes through data analysis, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement. Supports ERP and IBP transformations, process mapping, data quality remediation, UAT, change management, training, and stakeholder alignment. Monitors process performance, identifies root causes, translates business needs into functional requirements, and helps ensure financial data integrity, reporting alignment, and process adoption.

Administer and support compensation programs across the US and Canada, including base pay, variable pay, equity, pay equity audits, market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, reporting, and wage analysis. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation solutions, employee communications, regulatory updates, and process improvements while maintaining confidential information.

Lead US market expansion for IPEX System 1738 flue gas venting portfolio by developing strategy, influencing codes/standards, building stakeholder relationships, driving specification adoption, supporting sales pipeline, and leading a cross-functional team to commercialize and grow the business.

Supports and optimizes HR technology platforms including Workday, Dayforce, and Paradox. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system administration, HR data governance, reporting, testing, integrations, implementations, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and change management. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics teams to improve HR processes, system integrity, compliance, and employee experience.

Lead North American financial reporting, controllership, and internal controls. Oversee IFRS-compliant financial statements, audits, ERP/data integrity, capital governance, M&A integration, and a controllership team while partnering with senior leaders and global finance.

Lead demand forecasting and consensus planning across Canadian operations. Combine statistical models, market intelligence, and stakeholder input to optimize inventory, service levels, and S&OP/IBP processes. Translate data into actionable insights and reports, support product launches and promotions, and drive continuous improvement and SAP IBP adoption to strengthen planning capabilities and business decisions.

Manage indirect procurement categories across North America by analyzing spend, negotiating supplier agreements, developing vendors, implementing VMI/consignment, setting KPIs, and collaborating with operations and maintenance to reduce costs and improve supplier performance and risk mitigation.

Lead and establish the UX Research function: design and run mixed-methods research across product lifecycles, translate findings into actionable recommendations, manage and coach UX researchers, coordinate participant recruitment, and embed user insights into innovation and portfolio decisions.
