Own and shape demand forecasts using statistical analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder input. Lead consensus forecasting, support S&OP/IBP, analyze trends and variances, and improve planning processes and SAP IBP adoption to optimize inventory, service levels, and supply chain responsiveness.

Lead and establish the UX Research function: design and run mixed-methods research across product lifecycles, translate findings into actionable recommendations, manage and coach UX researchers, coordinate participant recruitment, and embed user insights into innovation and portfolio decisions.

Develop and execute strategic internal and executive communications. Partner with stakeholders to deliver announcements, executive messaging, presentations and digital content, manage multiple projects and timelines, maintain editorial standards, and measure communication effectiveness to support change, engagement, and alignment.
