Design, develop, integrate, and commission real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation test equipment. Create electronic schematics, develop LabVIEW/CVI control software, perform V&V, troubleshoot integrations, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to meet project, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Design, modify, and implement test equipment for DO-160 qualification. Maintain and operate the qualification lab, execute EMI and power quality tests, create qualification data packages and reports, troubleshoot and root-cause issues, present findings to product teams, support test build design and vendor coordination, and develop lab processes and capabilities while training others.

Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for disruptions, generate KPI reports, and recommend workflow and line‑balancing improvements. Majority of time spent on the lab floor ensuring schedule adherence.

Lead daily manufacturing operations for electronics/optics assemblies, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Supervise production teams, manage staffing and line balancing, enforce IPC/NASA compliance, drive Lean/5S continuous improvement, coordinate with Quality/Engineering/Supply Chain, maintain traceability, and manage site IPC certification and training.

Manage and support integrated supply chain projects to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive production execution and metrics improvement, support escalation management, report data, and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.

Perform precision hand-finishing and microscopic deburring of aerospace components to GD&T and AS9100 standards. Use precision tools and microscopes, inspect finished parts, interpret design drawings, collaborate with engineering, maintain safe clean work areas, and mentor lower-level finishers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead new product development from concept through qualification and production transition. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams (electrical, software, systems, mechanical). Interface with customers and vendors, support technical reviews, drive risk/opportunity management, and assist cost estimation to deliver aerospace hardware/software solutions.

Design, implement, and manage hardware/software systems for embedded GPS/INS products. Lead systems integration, test strategy, validation, root-cause analysis, and requirements management while supporting cross-functional teams and manufacturing/process optimization.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for assigned commodity/site: run RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, onboard suppliers, manage supplier performance and projects, expedite orders, ensure compliance with company policies and export/import regulations, and drive cost savings and working-capital reductions.

Lead development and optimization of brazing and manufacturing processes, resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement (RCCA, 5-Why, Fishbone), close quality nonconformances, analyze production data (Cp/Cpk), and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering.

Lead and support design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of optical systems and test setups. Perform hands-on lab work, optical modeling, data analysis, and documentation. Ensure quality, safety, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver optical hardware projects.

Operate and monitor painting/plating equipment, prepare and mix metalizing solutions, record production data, perform QA checks, handle materials safely, follow PPE and safety protocols, and support production goals including overtime and afternoon shifts.

Lead a team of engineering technicians to provide technical support, troubleshoot mechanical systems, drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and meet project deadlines within a controlled-goods environment.
