Lead and support design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of optical systems and test setups. Perform hands-on lab work, optical modeling, data analysis, and documentation. Lead daily manufacturing operations for electronics/optics assemblies, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Supervise production teams, manage staffing and line balancing, enforce IPC/NASA compliance, drive Lean/5S continuous improvement, coordinate with Quality/Engineering/Supply Chain, maintain traceability, and manage site IPC certification and training.

Manage and support integrated supply chain projects to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive production execution and metrics improvement, support escalation management, report data, and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.

Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production schedules, release and monitor work orders, coordinate with material planning and operations to balance demand, capacity, labor and inventory. Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for disruptions, generate KPI reports, and recommend workflow and line‑balancing improvements. Majority of time spent on the lab floor ensuring schedule adherence.

Lead procurement and strategic sourcing for assigned commodity/site: run RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, onboard suppliers, manage supplier performance and projects, expedite orders, ensure compliance with company policies and export/import regulations, and drive cost savings and working-capital reductions.

Perform precision hand-finishing and microscopic deburring of aerospace components to GD&T and AS9100 standards. Use precision tools and microscopes, inspect finished parts, interpret design drawings, collaborate with engineering, maintain safe clean work areas, and mentor lower-level finishers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead RF engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing and delivering RF hardware and subsystems (UHF to Ka-band) for space communications. Tasks include RF architecture, link budgets, active circuit design, simulations, PCB support, lab measurements, environmental qualification support, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer/design review support.

Support development and qualification lab activities: build and maintain test setups, create test builds and wire harnesses, execute and document electrical and mechanical tests, troubleshoot and root-cause failures, implement and verify fixes, and support product groups throughout development and qualification.
