Responsibilities include following DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 procedures, installing and commissioning EMI test setups, troubleshooting equipment, conducting EMC tests, validating test articles, analyzing data, managing outsourced test vendors, and improving test automation and data-processing efficiency. The role requires flexible shifts and occasional extended hours.

Leads engineering technicians supporting Honeywell Aerospace’s electronic fabrication business. Provides technical guidance, troubleshoots mechanical and engineering-process issues, collaborates cross-functionally, drives continuous improvement, and ensures quality, efficiency, and project delivery. The role requires a technical diploma, at least five years of engineering technician experience, mechanical systems expertise, team leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and eligibility for Canada’s Controlled Goods Program.

Develop closed-loop controls and simulation models for aerospace environmental and vapor cycle systems. Lead model development, create hardware and software requirements, perform integration testing, and write verification plans. Provide systems engineering support throughout the product life cycle, including customer-site travel. Candidates must be eligible for the Controlled Goods Program.

Designs and sustains aerospace products in production, addressing materials obsolescence, supply disruptions, field failures, nonconforming parts, and cost-reduction opportunities. Collaborates with global engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers; provides MRB dispositions, failure analysis input, engineering estimates, statements of work, and design expertise for aircraft electrical power and environmental control systems.

Leads test engineering design and development across aerospace programs, managing requirements, scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, validation, production introduction, and customer deliverables. Coordinates internal and external design reviews, tracks program performance, ensures aerospace process compliance, and supports proposals. Requires electrical engineering expertise, aerospace or transportation experience, project management knowledge, and experience with test software and hardware. Familiarity with DO-160, MIL-810, Agile methods, and PMP certification are valued.

Leads complex engineering projects from concept through customer acceptance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, risks, technical reviews, suppliers, customers, manufacturing, and quality requirements. Acts as the technical interface between engineering and program management, supports system architecture and requirements compliance, drives issue resolution, manages change control, and contributes to process improvement and mentoring.

Leads the design and development of advanced wireless and RF systems, including active and passive RF and microwave products for satellite and lunar platforms. Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. Coordinate resources and schedules, resolve delays and equipment issues, coach frontline teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen). Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements while collaborating with engineering, procurement, planning, maintenance, and leadership.

Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production schedules, release and monitor work orders, coordinate with material planning and operations to balance demand, capacity, labor and inventory. Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for disruptions, generate KPI reports, and recommend workflow and line‑balancing improvements. Majority of time spent on the lab floor ensuring schedule adherence.

Lead daily manufacturing operations for electronics/optics assemblies, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Supervise production teams, manage staffing and line balancing, enforce IPC/NASA compliance, drive Lean/5S continuous improvement, coordinate with Quality/Engineering/Supply Chain, maintain traceability, and manage site IPC certification and training.

Lead new product development from concept through qualification and production transition. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams (electrical, software, systems, mechanical). Interface with customers and vendors, support technical reviews, drive risk/opportunity management, and assist cost estimation to deliver aerospace hardware/software solutions.
