Develop requirements, designs, prototypes, and verification procedures for hardware-in-the-loop simulation test equipment. Design electronic circuits, test stations, and control software; integrate, commission, troubleshoot, and validate systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinate manufacturing, train users, manage equipment reliability, and ensure regulatory, safety, cost, and customer requirements are met.

Lead a team of engineering technicians to provide technical support, troubleshoot mechanical systems, drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and meet project deadlines within a controlled-goods environment.

Develop and maintain production schedules that balance customer demand, materials, labor, equipment capacity, and inventory strategies. Review MRP outputs, coordinate with suppliers and procurement to resolve shortages, track safety stock and lead times, and communicate schedule risks across teams. Analyze scheduling KPIs, maintain ERP/MRP master data, optimize production sequences, and support lean manufacturing, bottleneck reduction, and root-cause analysis initiatives.
