Lead and support design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of optical systems and test setups. Perform hands-on lab work, optical modeling, data analysis, and documentation. Ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements, drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

Design, implement, and manage hardware/software systems for embedded GPS/INS products. Lead systems integration, test strategy, validation, root-cause analysis, and requirements management while supporting cross-functional teams and manufacturing/process optimization.

Lead new product development from concept through qualification and production transition. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams (electrical, software, systems, mechanical). Interface with customers and vendors, support technical reviews, drive risk/opportunity management, and assist cost estimation to deliver aerospace hardware/software solutions.
