Assists with event planning, contractor database maintenance, office administration, inventory, meeting catering, visitor reception, and general departmental projects. Maintains confidentiality, accurate records, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Supports organizational change management initiatives by maintaining change plans, stakeholder lists, communications, training materials, project documentation, SharePoint sites, and reporting. Coordinates workshops, webinars, meetings, and communications while tracking milestones, risks, attendance, engagement, and learner feedback. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. It is designed for a currently enrolled student interested in change management, organizational development, communications, human resources, or project management.

Support HR programs and policies at the corporate office, advising on employee relations, performance management, compensation and promotions, onboarding/offboarding, and HR systems (Workday, Dayforce).
