Support HR programs and policies at the corporate office, advising on employee relations, performance management, compensation and promotions, onboarding/offboarding, and HR systems (Workday, Dayforce). Lead performance and goal-setting processes, ensure data accuracy and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement engagement and HR policies that foster a positive workplace culture.

Provide generalist HR support including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR policy compliance, and data-privacy-aware handling of candidate information. Partner with managers and Talent Attraction team and support use of Workday for applicant processes and AI-assisted screening disclosures.
