Our five core values guide everything we do, and we look for teammates who embody the traits that make those values come to life:

  • Creating Magic ✨ You have the persistence and grit to turn ambitious ideas into remarkable outcomes.

Here, you won’t just do a job, you’ll help create meaningful experiences, solve real problems, and shape the future of our company.

We’re looking for a Web Strategy Specialist to join our web team! If you’re a highly organized, client-facing professional with a knack for understanding web architecture, a strategic approach to SEO, and a great eye for design, we’d love to hear from you. While no design work is required, this role involves managing the entire lifecycle of web projects—from meeting with clients to gathering requirements, pitching ideas, and ensuring project milestones are met. You’ll also leverage AI tools to craft content and collaborate closely with designers to deliver exceptional websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Meet with clients to gather web requirements, understand their goals, and pitch design ideas effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Web Architecture: Ensure websites are planned with a clear understanding of best practices in navigation, structure, and user experience.
  • Content Strategy: Use AI tools to draft compelling, accurate website content tailored to each client’s needs. Coordinate and implement a basic SEO strategy to improve site visibility and performance.
  • Project Management: Act as the liaison between clients and the design team to ensure project progress aligns with expectations and deadlines. Manage timelines, feedback loops, and final deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the end product aligns with the client’s vision and maintains high standards of functionality and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in web or digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for design and an appreciation for high-quality visuals (though no design work is required).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools, particularly AI-driven platforms, is a plus.
  • Experience in project management or coordination is highly preferred.

Our commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including:

  • Paid time off and paid provincial holidays to facilitate strong work-life balance
  • Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families
  • Extensive benefit options including healthy lifestyle reimbursement, private pension matching, healthcare benefits, etc. Culture Crew and Emerging Leader programs to foster employee leadership development, inclusivity, and connection through year-round trainings and events
