This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.

Web Designer (TRFFK) 

Location: Etobicoke, ON

We are looking for a Web Designer (Temp - Fulltime) to support high-impact digital advertising campaigns across Canada’s largest automotive marketplace. This is a temporary full-time contract role, and is a hybrid position. 

What you’ll do:  

As part of a team of designers, developers, and creative analysts, you will concept, design, and produce high-performing digital advertising creative across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be campaign-based work including display, social, and performance marketing formats, with occasional support for website design initiatives. 

You’ll bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, motion, and interactive formats that drive results for our customers.

 Key areas of responsibility are: 

  • Design and produce digital advertising creative across formats including display, social, and performance marketing campaigns  
  • Create animated and dynamic ads, ensuring scalability and performance across placements  
  • Develop motion and short-form video assets for digital campaigns 
  • Translate campaign objectives and briefs into compelling, high-performing creative concepts and storyboards 
  • Optimize creative for various platforms, devices, and audience segments  
  • Collaborate independently with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on performance data  
  • Occasionally design and enhance elements of client websites within platform constraints  
  • Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and platform requirements  
  • Work closely with developers and ad operations teams to ensure assets are technically sound and executable  
  • Communicate with stakeholders and customers for feedback, revisions, and approvals 

 What you’ll need: 

  • Graphic Design diploma or bachelor's degree/community college diploma, or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing digital campaign work, motion/animation, and performance-driven creative 
  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), Figma, Flexitive 
  • Excellent foundational design skills, including typography, layout, and colour theory 
  • Ability to design for cross-platform compatibility 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • At home in a fast paced, agile, commercial online environment 
  • Creative vision and attention to detail 
  • Collaborative spirit, ability to give and accept feedback in a professional manner 
  • Preferred but not required: 
  • Experience with HTML5/dynamic ad platforms (e.g., Flexitive, Google Web Designer, or similar) 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, conversions, etc.)  
  • Basic video editing and storytelling skills  
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress  
  • Bilingual (French/English) 

The base salary range for this position is CAD $ 50,000 – CAD $ 60,000.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
