About Fulfillment IQ

Fulfillment IQ (FIQ) is a supply chain technology and consulting company helping retailers, brands, and 3PLs solve complex fulfillment and logistics challenges.

Our work spans three core practices: Supply Chain Consulting, Technology Delivery & Transformation, and Implementation. We help customers assess and design supply-chain strategies, select and implement technology, modernize fulfillment operations, and build technology solutions that solve complex operational challenges.

The Opportunity

FIQ is looking for an experienced VP of Sales, Enterprise to drive growth across our full portfolio of services.

This is a hands-on, quota-carrying enterprise sales role for someone who knows how to sell complex professional services, not simply software licenses.

You will work with senior executives at large retailers, brands, 3PLs, and other supply-chain organizations to understand complex business and operational challenges, shape solutions with FIQ's consulting and technical teams, and own opportunities through commercial close.

As FIQ grows, you will also contribute to building the sales organization, including sales methodology, account strategy, forecasting, coaching, and future team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Own complex enterprise opportunities from prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Sell across FIQ's Supply Chain Consulting, Technology Delivery & Transformation, and Implementation practices.
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across supply chain, logistics, operations, fulfillment, and technology.
  • Diagnose customer challenges and translate them into multi-practice FIQ solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline through direct prospecting, industry relationships, referrals, partnerships, and FIQ-generated opportunities.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders and subject-matter experts to develop compelling, commercially sound solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand FIQ's footprint across customer organizations.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM practices.
  • Represent FIQ at customer meetings, industry conferences, partner events, and executive forums.
  • Contribute to building FIQ's enterprise sales methodology, processes, and organization as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in supply chain/logistics, professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology.
  • Deep understanding of fulfillment, warehousing, WMS/OMS/WES, 3PL operations, supply-chain technology, or logistics transformation is required.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex professional services and consulting engagements, not solely software products.
  • Experience selling solutions involving supply-chain technology delivery/transformation, implementation, and/or consulting.
  • Proven ability to own long, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience closing high-value enterprise engagements.
  • Strong executive presence and experience selling to C-suite and senior operational and technology leaders.
  • Strong commercial judgment across scope, pricing, margin, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Ability to work effectively with consultants, engineers, solution experts, and delivery leaders throughout the sales process.
  • Strong pipeline-management and forecasting discipline.
  • Prior experience helping build, scale, coach, or improve a sales organization is highly valued.

Why Fulfillment IQ

You will have the opportunity to help grow our implementation business, develop important client relationships, and contribute to how we approach the market.

  • Work with experienced implementation leaders who understand the platforms and the operations they support.
  • Sell services that address practical warehouse challenges and make a visible difference to clients.
  • Have a voice in account priorities, partner relationships, and the development of the practice.
  • Work with colleagues who value direct communication, sound judgment, and accountability.

Health and Wellness

  • Comprehensive extended health and dental coverage for you and your family
  • Employee wellness programs where applicable

Time Off

  • Competitive paid time off, sick leave, and public holidays
  • Flexible leave policies that respect local labour standards

  • CPP contributions and a group retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Employee stock options (ESOP), where applicable

Professional Growth

  • Dedicated learning and development budget, with support for skills, leadership, and career progression

Flexible Work

  • Remote and hybrid work options, flexible hours aligned to role and client needs

Additional Perks

  • Equipment and workstation allowances, internet and business travel reimbursements, team events and offsites
