Partner with product, engineering, operations research, senior stakeholders, and clients to simplify data-dense workflows and make trade-offs understandable. Establish design standards, conduct critiques, mentor designers, and drive 0-to-1 design direction in an ambiguous B2B environment.

Leads Blue Yonder WMS discovery, requirements validation, solution design, design assurance, documentation, stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, integrations, governance, and training. Translates warehouse operations into scalable WMS capabilities while coordinating business, technical, integration, testing, product, and operational teams. The consultant also evaluates customizations, supports implementation planning, identifies risks and dependencies, develops role-based training materials, delivers enablement sessions, and mentors delivery-team members.

Lead end-to-end senior and niche searches for WMS/OMS implementations and supply-chain consulting. Source passive candidates, validate technical configuration and delivery depth, diagnose stalled searches using funnel data, advise and push back with hiring leaders, and manage ATS hygiene, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Mentor recruiters and create hiring playbooks.

Lead end-to-end MAWM implementations, collaborating on integration design, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient execution of warehouse operations.

Lead origination and growth of supply chain advisory and transformation engagements.
