Build pipeline through prospecting, referrals, partners, and industry relationships; manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close; develop customer and partner relationships; collaborate with practice leaders and subject-matter experts on solutions and proposals; identify expansion opportunities; and maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline while achieving bookings and revenue targets.

Own the architecture and technical direction of Zynque, a live integration platform for supply chain and logistics. Scale throughput, reliability, and multi-tenant performance while customers onboard; establish observability, SLOs, incident practices, and capacity planning. Harden security, data integrity, and fault tolerance, eliminate scaling risks, mentor engineers, and partner with Product on platform investments. The role requires hands-on coding and ownership of enterprise readiness in a high-ambiguity environment.

Own end-to-end product design for Workbench, a complex decision-intelligence platform for warehouse and fulfillment systems. Lead user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, information architecture, accessibility, and design-system development. Partner with product, engineering, operations research, senior stakeholders, and clients to simplify data-dense workflows and make trade-offs understandable. Establish design standards, conduct critiques, mentor designers, and drive 0-to-1 design direction in an ambiguous B2B environment.
