Own the architecture and technical direction of Zynque, a live integration platform for supply chain and logistics. Scale throughput, reliability, and multi-tenant performance while customers onboard; establish observability, SLOs, incident practices, and capacity planning. Harden security, data integrity, and fault tolerance, eliminate scaling risks, mentor engineers, and partner with Product on platform investments. The role requires hands-on coding and ownership of enterprise readiness in a high-ambiguity environment.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade LLM systems (RAG, agents, APIs). Own end-to-end delivery, define evaluation frameworks, and optimize for cost, latency, and reliability while providing technical leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Build and deploy Python-based data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, imputation, and analytics logic for Workbench. Standardize messy supply chain datasets into product-ready order, inventory, and shipment data. Develop automated workflows, metrics, segmentations, visual prototypes, and reusable code for engineering productionization. Collaborate with industrial engineers, product teams, and software engineers while using AI coding tools responsibly and maintaining ownership of the data logic.
