Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to deliver full-stack, cloud-native solutions. Own delivery planning, architecture, CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted engineering adoption. Provide hands-on technical contribution across C#.NET, frontend frameworks, Python, databases, Azure/GCP, DevOps, and QA automation while managing customer engagements and engineering health.

The Founding Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through scaling products, refining pricing, and establishing a robust SaaS sales process while working closely with clients and product teams.
