About the role:

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Commercial Products to lead the product strategy and execution for our proprietary technology platforms. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial Technology Services, you will be responsible for building and managing multiple teams of Product Managers. Your primary focus will be on delivering cutting-edge, data- and AI-driven software products that serve, enable, and accelerate our internal Colliers Sales and Services professionals powering a massive leap forward in how we leverage data to establish engaging, digital-first experiences for our global clients and employees. 

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap for our commercial technology services, ensuring investment choices and product bets are tightly aligned to Colliers ’global business objectives 

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale multiple Product Management teams. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, particularly between Data, AI, and Software Engineering, to drive innovation, and continuous improvement. 

  • Product Operations & FED Governance: Lead the strategic prioritization and lifecycle management of the commercial product portfolio using the FED (Features, Enhancements, Defects) framework. You will ensure a balanced delivery model that harmonizes disruptive innovation with continuous platform evolution and operational excellence. 

  • Proprietary Technology Focus: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proprietary platforms designed specifically to enhance the workflow, insights, and client engagement capabilities of Colliers Sales and Services professionals. 

  • AI & Technology Integration: Lead the shift to an AI-first product model, identifying where intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows can fundamentally reshape user experience, decision-making, and the commercial value of our platforms. Leverage robust cloud ecosystems and enterprise AI (e.g., Google Cloud, Gemini, predictive analytics, and LLMs) to build scalable, secure, and data-rich products that move from "insight" to "action”. 

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders across the global organization to identify pain points, capture requirements, and drive high-velocity user adoption of new internal products and client-facing products 

  • Performance, Metrics & Outcomes: Establish clear KPIs and product telemetry to measure the success, adoption, and ROI of the commercial product portfolio, utilizing data to inform future investments and adapt the strategy 

What you bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or CPO) managing multiple product teams. 

  • AI & Data Fluency: Demonstrated track record of productizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of building and launching enterprise-grade, proprietary B2B software products. Experience in PropTech, Commercial Real Estate, or Financial Services is highly advantageous. 

  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with a distinct preference for candidates experienced in building products leveraging Google technology ecosystems.  

  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing product management teams in a matrixed, global organization. 

  • Communication: Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
