Job Summary
 

The VP, Integrated Client Solutions plays a critical role in supporting growth of Horizon’s value offering. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, strategic, and operationally driven, with strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives within a media or agency environment. This individual will act as a key conduit between BST, Investment, Operations, Activation, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives, support client savings and value realization strategies, and assist in the development and operationalization of new commercial products and offerings including the launch of Barter. The VP will also support the creation of client-facing materials, governance frameworks, educational resources, reporting tools, and internal processes that strengthen scalability, transparency, and long-term business growth while ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver best-in-class client solutions. This individual will also collaborate with U.S. and global counterparts to align on best practices.

What You’ll Do
 

Client Business

  • Tracking and managing MX client targets, opportunity pipelines, and revenue pacing

  • Supporting development and maintenance of BST toolkits, educational materials, and internal training resources

  • Building and updating client team snapshots, conduit between MX and BST

  • Managing client allocations and tracking product utilization across clients

  • Assisting in the launch and operationalization of new barter/MX products and offerings

  • Supporting barter remarketing initiatives and asset management processes

  • Coordinating barter client evaluations, value assessments, and opportunity analysis

  • Developing client opt-in presentations, supporting materials, and governance documentation

  • Assisting with client governance processes, reporting requirements

  • Supporting client savings strategies, value realization tracking, and reinvestment opportunities

  • Working cross-functionally with Investment, BST, Operations, Activation, Finance, Legal, to ensure smooth execution of MX initiatives

  • Maintaining documentation, trackers, reporting tools, and process workflows related to demand and product operations

Operations & Agency Growth

  • Ensure operational excellence, including process optimization and workflow efficiencies.

  • Act as a bridge with U.S. leadership to drive consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

  • Partner with business development to support client value (MX/Barter) component of new business proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and legal teams to support scalable product adoption

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational integration across teams.

Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment across the organization.

  • Share feedback and recommendations with leadership on integration progress, team structure, and operational effectiveness.

  • Mentor team members by developing processes and aligning work to broader agency objectives.

  • Lead performance reviews where applicable and partner with executive leadership on staffing, organizational planning, and compensation discussions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • ​15+ years of experience

  • Strong leadership skills and experience developing media professionals, ability to manage a team

  • Experience in client relationship management role

  • Experience in dealing with C-Level co-workers across various organizations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media research/reporting resources/buying systems
