A Day in the Life:  

  • Maintain and Upload Key Operational Data
    Ensure data accuracy, security, and alignment with production plans.
  • Manage Vehicle Allocation
    Assign hundreds of vehicles each month, ensuring internal teams receive priority allocations before dealer distribution. Candidate will also track these requests, manage holdback forms, and verify approvals to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Support Vehicle Allocation Planning
    Sit in on planning meetings and learn how volume targets are broken down to support strategic allocation decisions while also taking detailed notes.
  • Validate Dealer Order View Functions
    Analyze and review data using Excel to confirm accuracy of vehicle specifications before orders are finalized.
  • Build Tools That Make Work Better
    Use VBA and Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve team efficiency.
  • Tackle Challenging Problems
    This is a project-based position! Take on complex projects that will push your technical, analytical and VBA skills while also delivering real value to the business.

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Strong Familiarity with Excel
    Should have experience with advanced Excel functions and excited to work with (and improve) existing macros and automation tools.
  • Eagerness to Learn and Has Previous Knowledge in VBA
    Experience writing VBA is a strong plus. There will be many opportunities to improve these skills as the intern will be modifying and creating new macros.
  • Detail‑Oriented and Analytical
    Spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across multiple platforms used by the company.
  • Strong Communicator and Team Player
    Willing to collaborate with different teams and contribute positively while also having the ability to clearly explain your work.
  • Calm Under Pressure
    Ability to work under pressure, handle Ad Hoc requests, and stay organized when things get busy.

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a co-op or internship requirement in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, or Statistical University or College Program.

Hourly Rate Range:
$21.00 - $24.00

Hourly Rate Estimate: This range represents the minimum and maximum hourly rates applicable to interns in this program or role. The hourly rate offered will fall within this range and is determined based on the intern’s academic progress (years completed in school).

    All employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screenings in accordance with Nissan policies and as permitted by applicable statutes and regulations.
