Supports Nissan and Infiniti dealer service and prepaid maintenance plans, conducts automotive protection program market research, analyzes trends and customer needs, and contributes to customer experience initiatives. The intern also prepares reports and completes special projects for Business Development and Operations Managers. Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and analytical skills are required; Tableau or Power BI familiarity is an asset.

Supports recurring reporting, pricing operations, data validation, customer and program performance analysis, month-end reconciliation, stakeholder communications, and process improvement. The intern will build Excel-based reports, summarize trends, maintain templates and trackers, identify automation opportunities, and assist with events and workshops. The role develops analytics, financial services, business communication, advanced Excel, and process improvement capabilities within Nissan’s automotive financial services business.

Reviews and verifies automotive lease and loan contracts, follows up with dealers on held contracts, proofreads and organizes documents, destroys records according to guidelines, and handles financial transactions. The role requires accurate administrative work, assertive dealer communication, problem-solving, adaptability to new computer systems, and fluency in English and French.
