Lead development, evaluation and communication of retail, wholesale and operational risk models, policies and processes. Oversee scorecards, portfolio performance monitoring, reporting, audits, and cross-functional projects. Manage and coach a risk analytics team to meet deliverables and drive compliance improvements.

Support vehicle allocation and planning by maintaining operational data, validating dealer order views, tracking allocations and approvals, and building Excel/VBA tools to automate workflows. Participate in planning meetings, take detailed notes, and complete project-based analytical tasks to improve processes and data accuracy.

Support testing and validation of off-board connected services and in-vehicle features; perform root-cause analysis, log and track issues, and validate fixes. Assist with vehicle upkeep, conduct industry benchmarking and content audits, produce recurring reports, handle customer touchpoint tasks, and provide cross-functional support for training, marketing, PR, and website updates.
