Supports HRIS administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR forms, benefits and payroll coordination, organizational chart maintenance, reporting, policy updates, and confidential HR administration. Assists Nissan’s intern program by sourcing candidates, partnering with universities and hiring managers, managing intern onboarding and offboarding, and supporting orientation and HR projects.

Supports management reporting, forecasting, sales analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, financial closes, accruals, and monthly and annual financial packages. Assists with accounts payable payment tracking, vendor relations, expenditure approvals, ROI analysis, and special projects. The role requires preparing presentations and financial analyses for management while maintaining forecasting files and supporting Canadian operations.

Develops automated supply chain dashboards for inventory risk, parts ETAs, and STP tracking; analyzes data, creates KPIs and reports, documents processes, produces training materials, maps workflows, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with supply chain, logistics, IT, and business stakeholders.

Supports Nissan’s Customer Experience team by launching and improving dealership and national programs, analyzing survey data, identifying customer experience issues, creating presentations and periodic reports, and monitoring customer inquiries. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, initiative, and basic Excel and PowerPoint skills. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate co-op or internship program in Business, Economics, or Marketing.

Analyze credit adjudication processes, system behavior, control gaps, and portfolio performance. Support departmental projects, test cases, monthly reporting, and presentations. Diagnose unexpected changes in portfolio composition, recommend risk-reduction improvements, and present findings to management while collaborating with cross-functional finance teams.

Supports Canadian industry, consumer, brand, and competitor research; prepares strategic insights and recommendations; develops dashboards and reports; uses analytics, automation, visualization, and AI tools to improve decision-making; collaborates cross-functionally with business teams; and supports leadership meeting planning, agendas, discussions, and action tracking.

Supports project budget reviews, ROI analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, CAPEX expense tracking, financial reporting, treasury activities, and loan and lease reporting. The intern investigates variances, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and performs ad hoc financial analysis. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills while working four days per week in the Mississauga office.

Supports Nissan and Infiniti dealer service and prepaid maintenance plans, conducts automotive protection program market research, analyzes trends and customer needs, and contributes to customer experience initiatives. The intern also prepares reports and completes special projects for Business Development and Operations Managers. Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and analytical skills are required; Tableau or Power BI familiarity is an asset.

Supports recurring reporting, pricing operations, data validation, customer and program performance analysis, month-end reconciliation, stakeholder communications, and process improvement. The intern will build Excel-based reports, summarize trends, maintain templates and trackers, identify automation opportunities, and assist with events and workshops. The role develops analytics, financial services, business communication, advanced Excel, and process improvement capabilities within Nissan’s automotive financial services business.
