Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team while overseeing talent management, workforce planning, staffing, employee relations, organizational development, and compensation. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR strategies, coach leaders on policy and engagement, support recruitment and job descriptions, use HR metrics to inform decisions, and mentor HRBP staff. Role includes ~10–20% travel.

Support testing and validation of off-board connected services and in-vehicle features; perform root-cause analysis, log and track issues, and validate fixes. Assist with vehicle upkeep, conduct industry benchmarking and content audits, produce recurring reports, handle customer touchpoint tasks, and provide cross-functional support for training, marketing, PR, and website updates.

Support aftersales pricing and operations by managing dealer inquiries, performing part pricing setup, researching competitor strategies, collaborating on promotional pricing, creating reports and dashboards, and assisting with daily op code mapping and ad-hoc analysis.
