About the Role
The User Experience Research (UXR) Team, part of the larger Product Design team, provides the company with strategic insights on our customers’ needs, desires, and friction points. UXR’s ultimate goals are to truly know our customers, inform better product decisions, and to identify strategic opportunities for the company. The team does this through a variety of mixed methods including participant interviews, unmoderated usability tests, workshops, and surveys. If you are curious, love experimentation, and have a strong desire to learn about people and what matters to them, this is the internship opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist in designing and executing research studies, while collaborating with fellow researchers, PDs, and PMs
- Manage operational aspects of the research process including screening, recruiting and scheduling participants
- Develop research plans, moderator guides and other research materials needed to facilitate research, with team oversight and collaboration
- Analyze, synthesize findings and identify themes
- Document findings and clearly communicate recommendations to design counterparts and stakeholders
- Update and tag the research repository to ensure work is accessible
- Participate in research rituals and meetings
