Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations

  • Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead

  • Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook

  • Hand over clearly to the next shift so support stays continuous

  • Support Power Platform solutions where required

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)

  • Experience supporting automations in production

  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

  • Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
