Trindent Consulting is a global management consulting firm that specializes in technical augmentation in the energy sector, specifically downstream Oil & Gas.

We’ve helped over 100 clients in the United States & Canada achieve significant financial benefits that yield between 500%-1500% return-on-investment within the 1st year – and we’ve done that without capital investments or software changes of any kind.

Established in 2008, Trindent Consulting has quickly garnered a reputation as a firm that Makes It Happen™. We are ranked as one of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies by Canadian Business and GROWTH 500 for 7 years in a row and named one of the Fastest-Growing Consulting Firms by Consulting Magazine in 2015 through 2020.

Our Toronto headquarters is home to our Corporate Services Team that manages our Global Finance, HR, Travel, IT & back-office support functions. The Corporate Services team operates similar to a shared service model where we support our internal and external stakeholders and colleagues on a range of activities to ensure our business runs as efficiently as possible.

Travel Leader, Toronto Office

At Trindent, our best work is conducted on client site. Our consulting team travels “most of the week” to deliver on the assessments, engagements and audits we have in place with our global client base.

Travel is at the heart of our business, and this function is imperative to the successful operation of our business across North America & Europe. Our team travels extensively with approximately 200 nights and flights occurring weekly.

Due to the importance of this role, we prefer to manage our travel directly, supporting employees with accommodation, flights, car hire and other ground travel options with our approved vendor list.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • Proven Travel professional with Travel Agency, Travel Team Lead &/or Travel Management experience (5+ years’ experience)
  • Hands-on travel professional that can run and operate weekly travel for our consultants (5+ years’ experience)
  • Available and capable of dealing with travel itinerary changes at short notice to manage events outside our control
  • Skilled in managing 3rd party Travel suppliers and vendors
  • Exceptional customer service to deliver for consultants, senior management team & board members.

Our Travel Lead role is based 5 days a week in our George Street head office.

Trindent Consulting is committed to providing an accessible, respectful and inclusive environment for all employees and job applicants. We will provide reasonable accommodation if required. If you require any specific accommodation due to a disability or a medical need during the application process, please contact us.
