What will you work on?
The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging and visually impactful trade show exhibits that reflect our brand and captivate audiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and event management teams to bring experiential environments to life — from small booths to large-scale exhibitions.
How will you create impact?
- Lead the design, layout, and production of large-scale environmental graphics for trade shows, exhibits, and branded environments.
- Develop immersive visual experiences that align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and consumer engagement goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Managers, Product Designers, Project Managers, and Print Vendorsto ensure design intent is met throughout production.
- Prepare print-ready files for various substrates and production processes, ensuring accuracy, proper scaling, bleed, and resolution for all large-format outputs.
- Review vendor proofs, provide detailed feedback, and approve final print quality before production.
- Travel onsite to trade shows as needed to inspect graphics installations, ensure brand standards are upheld, and make real-time adjustments with vendors if required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and quick-turn revisions while maintaining high design standards.
- Stay up to date on large-format printing technologies, materials, and installation methods to propose innovative solutions for booth designs.
- Maintain organized working files and final assets on shared servers for team access and future reference.
- Contribute creatively to concept development, including mood boards, sketch ideation, and presentation decks for leadership or client review.
What are your skills and experience?
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a focus on large-format production setup.
- High attention to detail for color accuracy, typography legibility at scale, and brand consistency.
- Problem-solving mindset to adapt designs for unique booth layouts or unforeseen production constraints.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and with external vendors.
- Ability to manage workload independently while adhering to shifting priorities and urgent requests
