Lead creative direction, design strategy, and product development for Spin Master’s Early Learning toy portfolio. Mentor design teams, establish visual and play standards, identify market opportunities, translate educational insights into viable products, present design visions to executives and licensors, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, packaging, insights, and inventor relations teams to deliver compliant products on schedule and within cost targets.

Manages strategic retail accounts and owns customer relationships to drive revenue, profitability, distribution, and brand growth. Develops annual business plans, proposals, product presentations, and advertising plans; negotiates contracts; coordinates trade marketing; forecasts sales; analyzes sell-through data; manages budgets; maintains Salesforce records; and collaborates cross-functionally to meet business targets.

Analyzes market, retail, point-of-sale, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities for a global toy portfolio. Translates complex analytics into actionable recommendations for product, brand, sales, and marketing leaders. Partners with cross-functional teams, data engineers, and product managers to answer business questions, define internal data product requirements, and develop dashboards. Presents insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provides legal counsel on commercial law, licensing, intellectual property, and business agreements. Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages technology, marketing, sales, procurement, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, and licensing contracts. Advises business units on legal issues, supports intellectual property matters, monitors regulatory changes, and recommends compliance policies. The role requires a Canadian law qualification and 2–4 years of law firm or in-house experience.

Own the architecture, performance, deployment, and scaling of the machine learning pipeline powering Stickerbox, an AI sticker printer for children. Responsibilities include optimizing latency, batching, caching, GPU utilization, model deployment and rollback, hosting decisions, safety enforcement, observability, autoscaling, queue management, release engineering, capacity planning, and on-call support for production generative ML systems.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the North America Toy business. Manages P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis, reconciliations, commissions, internal controls, audits, accounting procedures, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Provides financial insights to cross-functional leadership and manages one direct report. Requires CPA designation, managerial experience, strong accounting and reporting expertise, ERP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Drives concept development and product design across toy categories, from 2D sketches and digital renderings through 3D model validation and production. Manages the end-to-end design lifecycle, including feasibility, cost, schedule, and safety considerations. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, quality, brand, and international teams; presents product concepts to executives; and travels to Hong Kong, China, and Toronto to oversee development and alignment.

Own external financial reporting and lead technical accounting guidance. Prepare consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures. Support M&A accounting, manage external audit relationships, lead continuous improvements and digital transformation projects affecting reporting, and partner with tax and global finance teams.

Support the editorial team and maintain an efficient editorial pipeline for feature animation. Assist the Picture Editor, organize Avid projects, manage and process storyboards, audio, and animation files, log/bin audio, ingest assets from sound and music departments, organize SFX/music libraries, and prepare outputs for screenings and QC. Hybrid role with on-site days required.

Lead delivery of accurate AR reporting, dashboards and analytics; manage credit risk profiles; support month-end close, internal controls, audit requests; drive reporting automation and visualization; and manage a small finance team while partnering across Finance, Treasury and Operations.

Provide SAP FICO support and guidance to finance users, covering integrations with MM, SD, WM and PP. Lead business process improvement, requirements gathering, functional specs, testing, UAT, training, cutover and production support for global business units on S/4HANA.
