Teams at Spin Master

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities for the North America Toy Creative Center. Manage P&L, balance sheet, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, commissions, internal controls, audits, accounting procedures, and regulatory compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive process improvements. Supervise and develop a direct report while supporting ad hoc accounting projects.

Develop and maintain SKU-, customer-, and distribution-center-level demand forecasts using historical data, promotional factors, and business intelligence. Analyze inventory, safety stock, shortages, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, and promotional impacts. Collaborate with sales, finance, account managers, supply planners, suppliers, and factories to support S&OP, purchase order execution, capacity planning, inventory distribution, and profit goals.

Own and scale the backend platform for Hapiko’s voice-activated sticker printer. Responsibilities include API and queue ownership, real-time device connectivity, autoscaling, observability, cost instrumentation, release engineering, database migrations, security collaboration, and on-call support. The role requires deep Python and PostgreSQL expertise, Elixir experience or willingness to learn, production infrastructure ownership, and experience scaling queue-driven or real-time systems.
