As a Tool Trailer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer and tool rooms. You’ll be in charge of issuing tools to customers and inspecting returns. You will also perform visual safety inspections of all tooling, properly maintain fleet and consumable levels with the operation, utilize and create reporting mechanisms as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Act as primary contact for customer

  • Responsible for marking/entering tools in Total Control system

  • Assist in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customer’s site

  • Maintain a clean and presentable trailer

  • Provide regular communication with customers to maintain sufficient supply of tool quantities in conjunction with manager

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 3+ months of inside sales or onsite plant/construction experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Tool and tool application knowledge

  • Must be self sufficient

  • Team player and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to acquire industrial facility credentials is desirable

  • 75% travel is required as needed
