Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, coach, and prioritize work for a team of Supply Chain Consultants and Channel Enablement Consultants.

  • Set clear expectations, provide direction on analysis and execution, and ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs across the team.

  • Lead the team in ad‑hoc analysis, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Merchandising Partnership & Cost Improvement

  • Partner closely with Merchandising teams throughout the year to identify, develop, and execute supply chain cost improvements for both new and existing programs.

  • Ensure Merchandising receives clear, actionable recommendations to improve the Supply Chain component of DNP.

Supply Chain Optimization & Analysis

  • Lead divisional improvement initiatives, leveraging team SMEs and cross‑functional Supply Chain partners (Capacity Planning, Transportation, DC Operations).

  • Identify, define, and prioritize DNP improvement opportunities; drive solution development and implementation with appropriate stakeholders.

  • Support channel and cost analysis to inform Storage versus Direct Ship decisions.

Dealer MOQ & Line Review Leadership

  • Ensure the team sets appropriate Dealer Minimum Order Quantities (DMOQs) for all SKUs, balancing logistics efficiency, store sales velocity, seasonality, and shelf capacity.

  • On targeted Line Reviews, lead detailed cost‑benefit analyses and support development of the most productive assortments.

  • Provide CBMs with recommendations on optimal Supply Chain metrics (e.g., vendor lead time, vendor MOQ, case pack, channel strategy), including estimated DNP margin impact.

Channel Enablement & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee end‑to‑end vendor and SKU setup, including system configuration, lead times, program participation, and order movement alignment.

  • Ensure cross‑functional readiness for go‑lives, seasonal transitions, and program execution.

  • Guide the team in managing execution exceptions, including backorders, ASN issues, and duplicate shipments.

  • Ensure accurate vendor lead times and setup data to support planning, forecasting, and execution.

Education

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent knowledge

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
