Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Location: Saskatoon, SK

About the Role:

The Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan territory, focusing on promoting our innovative engineered products and solutions. This role engages primarily with engineering firms and contractors in the commercial, mechanical, PVF, residential, and industrial sectors, while supporting the development of strong relationships, sales growth, and the local distribution network.

The role supports approximately 25% travel within the province, including engagement with contractors and projects outside of the immediate Saskatoon area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to engineers, contractors, distributors, and end-users
  • Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and inform sales strategy
  • Set and achieve sales objectives and forecasts in collaboration with your manager
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Organize promotional activities including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits
  • Identify and pursue significant construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential
  • Strengthen distributor networks to ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Stay current on industry knowledge and communicate training needs to your manager
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the construction or related industries
  • Proven track record of building relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with mechanical aptitude
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some overnight trips

Salary: $80k+ (based on experience) + (company vehicle & uncapped sales incentives)
