***This position is for a Tenant Services Coordinator in Toronto, ON***

About this role

This position provides tenant services support to the operations team in the delivery of facilities management services for a complex.

  • Receives/coordinates tenant service work requests from Yardi in a timely manner.

  • Directs/supports dispatch function including resourcing of staff; sets priorities and develops/maintains administrative policies/procedures.

  • Prepares monthly service request operational reports.

  • Develops/maintains processes to track work order progress, action items, inquiries, complaints, problem resolution, etc. to facilitate closure of work requests in accordance with performance-based service agreement. Follows up re: outstanding service requests.

  • Track and maintain the Tenant database and follow up with tenants for renewal.

  • Manage office services (supplies, equipment, etc.).

  • Participates in and supports other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • 1-2 years of recent/related work experience in property, project, and/or facilities management.

  • Post-secondary education in facilities/property management preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Knowledge of facility operations/maintenance an asset; general knowledge of building systems and related codes/legislation an asset.

  • Strong computer skills (such as Yardi/JDE, Microsoft Office etc.).

  • Critical thinking skills with demonstrated analytical/problem solving skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation/skills; hospitality industry experience an asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn/apply new processes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple tenant environment and to apply various tenant specific requirements to individual service request situations.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather information, accurately assess issues and assign level of priority.

  • Strong organizational/documentation skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and set priorities under tight deadlines.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $53,207 - $61,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
