WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Review daily portal publications to identify suitable RFPs
- Work with engineering, security and operations experts to understand requirements
- Draft proposal content including executive summaries, solution descriptions, methodologies, timelines and supporting documentation
- Translate managed services and cybersecurity solutions into clear, client-facing language
- Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content and templates
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure that every response is complete, compliant and persuasive
- Support the creation of related content such as presentations and client-facing materials
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum of three years drafting proposals or technical documentation, ideally for IT services or cybersecurity
- Excellent written and verbal English and a talent for making complex topics understandable
- Strong attention to detail and editing/proofreading ability
- Experience using style guides and creating impactful presentations
- Strong organization and the discipline to manage multiple bids under deadlines
- Working knowledge of basic IT managed services, cloud and security concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, IT, or a related field
