This will be a 6 month contract to start with opportunity for extension or conversion into a full time role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end sourcing across multiple open roles simultaneously, building robust pipelines for technical, go-to-market, and operational positions.

  • Craft creative, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates who may not be familiar with Venn into engaged prospects.

  • Develop and test compelling candidate value propositions that position Venn competitively against remote-first and large-brand competitors.

  • Partner closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team gaps, and the ideal candidate profile.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidate relationships warm.

  • Execute market mapping exercises to identify talent pools, competitor landscapes, and emerging sourcing channels.

  • Track and report on sourcing metrics: outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-screen, and use that data to refine your approach.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.

  • A proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates across a variety of roles and functions.

  • Experience using sourcing tools such as Ashby, HeyReach, LinkedIn, Juicebox or similar ATS and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to analyze outreach and pipeline data to iterate on sourcing strategy.

  • Comfortable with low response rates and creative enough to keep testing new angles.

Nice To Have

  • Experience sourcing for fintech, SaaS, or financial services companies.

  • Experience building sourcing playbooks or contributing to talent brand initiatives.
