Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical expert, resolving complex service issues with effective, long-term solutions
  • Guide technicians on Miele diagnostic tools, software, and service procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Miele products, technologies, and service processes
  • Support the launch and implementation of new products and innovations
  • Partner with Product Support to identify product quality trends and communicate solutions
  • Collaborate with Domestic Service to improve training, processes, and technician performance
  • Assist with parts and accessory identification and ordering
  • Create and manage work orders and service documentation with high accuracy
  • Respond to internal inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and service quality

What we are looking for

  • Bilingual (French & English) – strong communication skills required
  • 5–7 years of experience in residential appliance repair (field experience preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
    • Electrical and electronic systems
    • Refrigeration
    • Mechanical troubleshooting
    • Networking basics
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and service tools (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Miele products is an asset

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
