Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between CRM technology and business stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for aligning Salesforce and related CRM capabilities with business goals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. This role owns the end-to-end program roadmap for Salesforce initiatives, manages third-party vendors and integration partners, oversees the ecosystem of connected tools, and works closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to ensure technology investments translate into measurable business impact.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-workstream Salesforce programs and enhancements.
  • Define program strategy, goals, timelines, and success metrics; manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and follow governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Facilitate prioritization sessions, roadmap reviews, and regular communication to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to validate technical designs, integrations, and system scalability.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of platform capabilities, data architecture, and integration patterns across the CRM landscape.
  • Manage relationships with CRM partners, system integrators, and third-party tool providers.
  • Oversee vendor SOWs, timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate third-party tools for compatibility, ROI, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Implement best practices for change management, release management, and documentation.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the CRM program lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 5–10+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce or CRM-related initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing integrations, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing external vendors, consultancy partners, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, SDLC, and enterprise program governance.

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, PMP, or Scrum certifications).
  • Experience working with GTM operations teams and supporting revenue-generating workflows.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of data governance, API integrations, and enterprise architecture concepts.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
