The Product Marketing team at Level Access is growing! We are looking for an individual at the early stage of their career and wants to use their technical skills to pursue a career in Product Marketing. The Product Marketing Associate will have a focus on the technical aspects of our solution including developing product demonstrations which highlight the functions and capabilities of the Level Access Platform.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, has a knack for crafting compelling product demonstrations, and possesses a solid understanding of web development and software development kits (SDKs) and APIs.

Additionally, the Product Marketing Associate will get exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams including executives. Level Access believes in employee development and this can evolve as you become more experienced with potential for more strategic responsibilities and high profile market assignments such as speaking and being a representative of Level Access in key industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations in support of marketing and product initiatives that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products.
  • Communicate product differentiators at the technical foundation: You will need learn how our platform works including our various SDKs and APIs to effectively communicate their value to various audiences.
  • Web Development: Utilize your web development skills to create interactive and visually appealing demos.
  • Note: An ideal candidate should be focused on creating step-by-step demos in a controlled setting, not end-to-end working web applications
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate and effective product messaging.
  • Content Creation: Produce technical content, including demo scripts, tutorials, and presentations.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from our sales teams to continuously improve and refine our product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or a related technology field. Exposure to marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a basic understanding of SDKs and APIs.
  • Learning Ability: Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
