The Product Marketing team at Level Access is growing! We are looking for an individual who would like to build a career in Product Marketing. This role is for the position of Growth Product Marketing Manager with a focus on building pipeline through our portfolio of products and services and collaborating internally across Level Access to put engaging marketing programs into market.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, loves creating marketing messaging, and possesses a solid understanding of what it takes to build adoption of SaaS products.
Additionally, this role will get exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams including executives. Level Access believes in employee development and this role will evolve as you become more experienced with potential for more strategic responsibilities and high profile market assignments such as speaking and being a representative of Level Access in key industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Messaging Development: Develop messages tailored to our audience. We want someone who wants to lean in on creating value propositions that cut through the market noise and can’t be copied.
- Communicate product differentiators based on the customer lifecycle: Understand how customers develop their accessibility strategy and work with our internal experts to map our portfolio to their current and future needs.
- Market Research & Insights: Leverage Level Access’ proprietary market research and turn it into interesting stories that marketing can bring to market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate and effective product messaging.
- Content Creation: Produce content, including thematic positions, as well as presentations that our go-to market teams can leverage.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from our sales teams to continuously improve and refine our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related communications field. Exposure to marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role.
- Mindset: Skilled at prioritization and project management, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth goals.
- Learning Ability: Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Remote Work: This role will be remote and may require occasionally attending meetings outside of normal working hours depending on where you are located.
