Job Description:

We’re looking for a Technical Ops Analyst I who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings multitasking experience within a supply chain setting. In this role, you’ll support our Tech Ops Support team by delivering effective IT services across our Distribution Centers, while building strong relationships and driving operational efficiencies. You’ll take ownership of service performance, contribute to a dynamic learning offer, and help improve IT delivery across the business. What You’ll Do:

  • Completes general IT Operations tasks under direct guidance

  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with current IT Operations hardware, software, or process via ticket logging system

  • Supports providing communication / training to global business partners when required

  • Support various processes and environments

  • Supports operational stability for IT Operations area / domain

  • Contribute to the technical & process documentation (user guides, knowledge articles)

  • Performs other duties as assigned

About You:

  • A passion for I.T and looking for an opportunity to develop your I.T career and upskill in a professional I.T. environment.

  • Great interpersonal skills to interact with global business partners & customers

  • Desire to learn

  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask

  • Ability to navigate through a fast past environment  

  • Available to be flexible to work different shifts/weekends and on call occasionally

  • Ability to travel between all three Distribution Centers in Brampton and Mississauga

Location: Will be primarily based in American Drive Distribution Center (ADC)

Salary Range: $ 54,862.50-$76,807.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
