Provide analysis and reporting (P&L, cash flow, capex), partner with senior leaders and accounting, present insights to executives, manage and develop a team of analysts, and lead finance projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Distribution Services and Integrated Supply Chain. Provide variance analysis, develop business cases, present insights to senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage and develop an FP&A team to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Provide IT operations support across distribution centers: troubleshoot hardware/software via ticketing, maintain operational stability, support processes and training, contribute documentation, work flexible shifts, and travel between Brampton and Mississauga DCs.

Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried associates, handle adjustments and manual payments, respond to payroll inquiries, ensure compliance with federal/provincial legislation and SOX, and collaborate with People Leaders to resolve complex payroll issues.

Provide HR and labour relations advisory to a Distribution Centre, manage investigations and grievance meetings, partner with leaders and unions, develop HR programs and process improvements, produce dashboards and reports (ServiceNow), ensure compliance with employment and privacy laws, and support HR projects and change initiatives.
