Leads TJX Canada’s Financial Accounting department, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, internal controls, SOX compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provides accounting expertise to business partners, collaborates with Global Accounting, drives enterprise-wide projects, and develops team members through coaching and performance management. Requires at least seven years of progressive financial accounting experience, four years of people leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, and preferably a CPA designation.

Provides technical leadership for TJX’s global application portfolio, defining scalable and secure solutions while evolving mainframe engineering practices. Leads architecture and delivery decisions, supports production stability, mentors distributed engineering teams, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires extensive experience with COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, and JCL, plus strategic technical leadership, agile delivery, incident management, and application modernization expertise.

Facilitates Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint and release planning, and delivery tracking for IT Asset Management teams. Coordinates dependencies across technical, business, procurement, finance, and vendor stakeholders. Supports ServiceNow ITAM and JIRA workflows, governance, risk escalation, capacity planning, reporting, and continuous improvement while helping teams deliver value-based outcomes and maintain audit readiness.

Lead FP&A for logistics, owning forecasts, budgets, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and KPIs. Build advanced financial models and dashboards, partner with Logistics leadership to identify cost savings, support budgeting and accounting processes, and deliver insights to influence operational and strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, reports, and automated analytics products. Query and validate relational data using SQL, analyze operational trends, define KPIs, investigate root causes, and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with business, data, and platform teams to improve reporting accuracy, performance, governance, and self-service analytics.

Ensure critical enterprise services operate reliably, securely, and efficiently. Responsibilities include building monitoring and observability practices, leading incident response and root cause analysis, establishing SLI/SLO frameworks, improving operational standards, and driving automation, telemetry, analytics, and AIOps initiatives. The role collaborates with application, cloud, infrastructure, support, product, and business teams across hybrid environments, with Azure preferred.

Supports inventory financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. Maintains inventory stock ledger accuracy, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, investigates system errors, and supports year-end physical counts and audits. Performs ad hoc analysis, provides financial recommendations, and contributes to process improvements and training materials. Partners with business teams while applying inventory accounting, data analytics, budgeting, and financial modeling expertise.
