Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Distribution Services and Integrated Supply Chain. Provide variance analysis, develop business cases, present insights to senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage and develop an FP&A team to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Manage occupational and non-occupational claims end-to-end, coordinate with external vendors and HR, develop medically-supported return-to-work and accommodation plans, maintain claims records, advise on complex cases, and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.

Prepare and file monthly commodity (indirect) tax returns, record tax journal entries, reconcile tax-related GL accounts, and support audits. Monitor POS tax application, track legislation changes, recommend process improvements, and respond to internal tax inquiries. Contribute to budgeting/forecasting and cross-functional tax compliance initiatives.

Lead TJX Canada's FP&A function, driving monthly/annual/long-range forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Provide analysis and reporting (P&L, cash flow, capex), partner with senior leaders and accounting, present insights to executives, manage and develop a team of analysts, and lead finance projects and cross-functional initiatives.
