Lead and manage a team to design and deliver performance-driven learning solutions, evaluate training effectiveness, align L&D with business priorities, run special projects, and facilitate leadership and operational training across the organization.

Support store fiscal financials by preparing and analyzing payroll, cost and capital budgets; build forecasts, month-end actuals and variance bridges; provide analytics and reporting to Operations, Finance and Marketing; support capital budgeting and ad-hoc project analysis; present findings and recommend improvements to drive forecast accuracy and cost management.

Prepare and file monthly commodity (indirect) tax returns, record tax journal entries, reconcile tax-related GL accounts, and support audits. Monitor POS tax application, track legislation changes, recommend process improvements, and respond to internal tax inquiries. Contribute to budgeting/forecasting and cross-functional tax compliance initiatives.
