Leads and develops engineering teams supporting a global finance technology modernization program. Responsibilities include people management, technical coaching, stakeholder partnership, architectural alignment, engineering governance, DevSecOps and agile adoption, product health, operational excellence, roadmap strategy, and escalation management. The role requires leadership across SaaS and on-premises implementations, ERP expertise, cloud knowledge, source control, continuous integration, and delivery of complex business solutions.

Lead the design and delivery of instructor-led and eLearning programs, manage multiple short-term projects using Microsoft Project, apply evidence-based instructional design, evaluate and revise learning solutions, partner with stakeholders, and coach/mentor team members to drive associate performance and development across TJX Canada.

Design and develop instructor-led and eLearning programs, participant and leader guides, job aids, and mixed-media content (video/animation). Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to assess learning needs, apply graphic design techniques, and maintain consistency. Manage small-to-mid projects using project charters and Gantt timelines to meet training outcomes and delivery schedules.
