We are seeking a Technical Manager, Strategy & Fundamentals to provide enterprise-level strategic and energy fundamentals support by translating market, policy, commercial, and technical insights into actionable recommendations for Senior Leadership and the Board. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy, this role plays a key part in corporate and Business Unit strategic planning, growth opportunity assessment, and executive-level decision support.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead energy fundamentals research, market analysis, and strategic insight development to support Enbridge's corporate strategic planning process.

  • Partner with Business Units to develop annual strategic plans, evaluate opportunities, and prepare executive and Board-level recommendations.

  • Assess market, policy, economic, and geopolitical trends and communicate their impact on Enbridge's strategy and growth priorities.

  • Develop analyses and recommendations to evaluate strategic options that preserve, enhance, and unlock shareholder value.

  • Synthesize complex data, forecasts, and assumptions into concise, executive-ready materials for Senior Leadership and the Board.

  • Track key strategic metrics, market indicators, and external signposts to inform decision-making and long-term planning.

  • Support enterprise strategic initiatives and leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance research, analysis, and strategic decision support.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is considered an asset.

  • 8+ years of experience in of experience in strategy, energy, corporate development, finance, consulting, engineering, commercial development, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of energy markets, value drivers, and industry fundamentals across pipelines, utilities, storage, power markets, and low-carbon opportunities.

  • Proven ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize complex information, and develop strategic recommendations.

  • Demonstrated experience translating market, policy, financial, and industry insights into compelling executive-level narratives.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with experience using AI-enabled tools and analytical platforms to improve business outcomes.
