Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications (primarily Openlink Endur/Findur) for trading and risk. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, translate business requirements into scalable designs, build and test solutions, integrate systems with internal teams and vendors, drive continuous improvement, and act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Lead enterprise network strategy and deliver end-to-end telecom and networking solutions. Design standards and roadmaps, support Azure migrations and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity, resolve escalated incidents, manage projects, evaluate third-party solutions, and drive continuous improvement and collaboration across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Provide litigation and regulatory legal support for Enbridge Gas Distribution & Storage, managing disputes across contract, personal injury, property, employment and human rights matters; draft pleadings, conduct examinations for discovery, lead mediations and settlements, advise on OEB/TSSA compliance, monitor regulatory developments, and prepare legal correspondence, opinions and stakeholder communications.

Lead quantitative risk assessments for integrity programs, align strategies with regulations, translate technical insights into prioritized mitigation and capital plans, develop analytics/ML/digital tool strategies, mentor engineers/analysts, and engage executives and stakeholders to drive risk-informed decision making.

Develop and execute government affairs and advocacy strategies focused on Ontario. Build relationships with government stakeholders, produce briefs and presentations, coordinate external engagement, support public policy positions, and provide regional expertise to business units to protect and advance Enbridge interests.
