Lead enterprise emissions data management and corporate GHG reporting. Manage the Encompass Metrics platform, ensure data quality and consistency, produce performance and regulatory reports, support assurance and audits, conduct emissions analytics, and collaborate across business units to inform reduction initiatives and compliance.

Lead development and governance of enterprise Scope 1 and 2 emissions targets, forecasting, prioritization, and multi-year reduction planning. Build methodologies, scorecards, scenario analysis, and prioritization frameworks. Partner across teams to translate regulatory requirements, support carbon governance, and inform funding and strategic decisions toward the enterprise net-zero (2050) pathway.

Design, implement, administer, and improve Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms (WebLogic, SOA Suite, OSB). Ensure high availability, performance, lifecycle management, security, and incident resolution. Automate administration with Ansible/WLST/Shell/Python, collaborate across teams, mentor staff, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation and after-hours production activities.

Support New Energy Technology projects and standards for pipeline assets. Perform engineering analyses (stress, fluid mechanics, metallurgy, welding, corrosion), support construction and maintenance activities, consult codes/standards (CSA Z662), and assist corporate/regional policy and technical work.

The Senior Advisor Energy Solutions will build relationships with manufacturers to improve energy efficiency, analyze operations, create solutions, and manage savings projects.
