Lead enterprise application observability using Dynatrace across hybrid environments. Responsibilities include platform architecture and administration, application onboarding, alerting and incident integrations, observability-as-code, SLI/SLO definition, performance analysis, root-cause investigation, automation, governance, mentoring, and roadmap development. The role partners with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ITSM, and vendor teams to improve reliability, reduce alert noise and MTTR, and expand monitoring coverage.

Provides first-line HR support through phone, chat, case, and email channels. Resolves employee inquiries involving payroll, benefits, pensions, leave, policies, onboarding, and offboarding. Uses Workday, Mya, Neocase, and other HR systems to investigate issues, document cases, maintain audit trails, and support self-service. Handles confidential information, meets service levels, escalates complex matters, contributes to process improvements, and coaches team members in a high-volume contact-center environment.

Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials, including incident resolution, service requests, configuration, testing, deployment, quarterly updates, and release readiness. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain documentation, and support financial period-end activities. The role also assesses business requirements, system integrations, operational risks, and application enhancements in a complex enterprise environment.
