About Nue.io
Nue is the AI-powered revenue architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management into a single system. It enables companies to simplify complex pricing, automate monetization, and gain full control over how they generate and scale revenue. Working with customers such as OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews. Nue helps sales, operations, and finance teams gain revenue acceleration, operational efficiency and revenue controls at speed and scale.

What You'll Do:

As a Technical Consultant at Nue, you are a strong technical practitioner who understands the  business context behind the work. You have deep hands-on experience in CPQ, billing, and  quote-to-cash on Salesforce, and you know how to apply it in conversations with customers and partners as much as in configuration and code. You will be delivering on direct customer  engagements and supporting our certified implementation partners, and you will be expected to  contribute meaningfully to both within your first six months.

What You'll Be Working On:
• Engage with customers and implementation partners to understand business  requirements across CPQ, billing, and revenue operations, and translate them into well designed Nue solutions.
• Own technical delivery on direct customer implementations from solution design through  configuration, integration, testing, and go-live, working closely with Solutions Architects  and Project Managers.
• Own data migration from strategy and approach design through execution, validation,  and cutover, ensuring data integrity is never an afterthought across any phase of  delivery.
• Support implementation partners with technical guidance, design feedback, delivery  assurance reviews, and hands-on escalation support when engagements need direct  intervention.
• Guide customers and partners through key phases of the implementation lifecycle, from  requirements and design through testing, enablement, and go-live, ensuring each  transition is clean and well-supported.
• Contribute to AI accelerators, integration patterns, and a shared knowledge base that  improve delivery quality and consistency across all engagements.

What You'll Bring:
• 3-5 years in a technical consulting or implementation role, with hands-on delivery  experience in CPQ, billing, or quote-to-cash domains.
• Strong Salesforce skills are required, including administration, Apex development, and  managed package experience.
• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, shape  solutions, and communicate technical decisions in plain language.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs and web services;  familiarity with an automation platform such as Tray.io or equivalent.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple customer and partner  engagements simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in understanding how revenue operations work, not just how to  configure them.

Preferred
• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or QuickBooks  in an implementation context.
• Familiarity with Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General  Ledger (GL) processes.
• Experience supporting or enabling third-party implementation partners or systems  integrators.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants to accelerate development and  configuration work.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-augmented workflows within enterprise  software environments.
• Familiarity with LLM capabilities as they apply to RevOps, pricing, or quote-to-cash use  cases.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation and benefits that reward your talent and impact.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • A front-row seat in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem, where you’ll work on cutting-edge challenges shaping the future of SaaS, finance, and payments.
  • The opportunity to build truly groundbreaking products — your work won’t just support the business; it will influence how companies around the world monetize and grow.
  • A high-energy, collaborative culture where smart, supportive teammates push each other to learn fast, think boldly, and do the best work of their careers.
  • Room to grow, lead, and make your mark in a fast-scaling company that values creativity, ownership, and ambition.
