The QA Analyst is responsible for designing QA processes, collaborating with teams on testing standards, performing functional and integration testing, and coaching best practices to ensure software quality in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Own delivery relationships with a portfolio of implementation partners, monitor engagement health, surface and resolve escalations, guide partner maturity, coordinate cross-functional responses, and manage partner-facing product/defect communications. Use AI tools to streamline portfolio management and reporting while ensuring customer outcomes and partner delivery quality.

Lead content strategy and production for Nue across written, video, and audio channels. Own scripting, production, editing, and publishing; run the company podcast and third-party placements; grow social presence; create content for CFOs/RevOps/Sales; analyze performance and iterate using AI-powered marketing tools and analytics; collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to integrate content across channels.

Hands-on Staff Security Engineer to build and operate DevSecOps capabilities: automate security controls, harden AWS/cloud and CI/CD, improve supply-chain security, build detection/response tooling, partner with engineering for secure design, and lead incident response and compliance automation.

Lead the Lifecycle Management team, ensuring high-quality delivery while managing customer escalations and technical decisions with a focus on AI adoption and team development.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on Billing and Payments. Own technical roadmap, ensure compliance and manage system reliability while collaborating with Product and Finance teams.
