The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, and mentor engineers to shape the platform across teams, ensuring high standard coding and systems design with a focus on customer outcomes and engineering excellence.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will build end-to-end features, develop backend services, and create frontend applications while using AI-assisted tools and collaborating with teams.

Perform outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify B2B SaaS opportunities, engage RevOps/Finance/Sales personas, craft messaging, book demos for AEs, track activity in CRM, and collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach.

Manage the end-to-end SaaS sales cycle, targeting enterprise accounts, cultivating customer relationships, and exceeding sales quotas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer success, leveraging Salesforce and consultative selling techniques.

Lead content strategy and production for Nue across written, video, and audio channels. Own scripting, production, editing, and publishing; run the company podcast and third-party placements; grow social presence; create content for CFOs/RevOps/Sales; analyze performance and iterate using AI-powered marketing tools and analytics; collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to integrate content across channels.

Lead the Lifecycle Management team, ensuring high-quality delivery while managing customer escalations and technical decisions with a focus on AI adoption and team development.

Own and grow strategic enterprise AI accounts end-to-end: build executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams to deliver value, manage complex renewals and expansions, run account plans and stakeholder maps, identify product insights for engineering, and drive upsell across a product portfolio.
